About Sleeper Interactive hosting

Our story is simple. Sleeper Interactive started producing website solutions in 1998. We quickly realized that our clients didn't understand hosting, and they were frequently reporting issues in dealing with their hosting companies. We also experienced numerous problems with domain name registrations and DNS management.

As Sleeper Interactive grew, it became apparent that the best way to provide programming solutions for our clients was to also ensure the platform on which those solutions would run. So we now have our own servers, which allow us to provide complete solutions for our clients and help us to serve them better.

So our bottom line is that we care about our servers' setup and function more than their overall profitability. We monitor them for performance and if they are starting to slow down, then we add another server to the mix, even though technically we could put more load on the existing servers. We want our servers to perform.
